In May 1804, an incredible journey began. President Thomas Jefferson commissioned a band of explorers to investigate the northern wilderness of the 1803 Louisiana Purchase. Kids’ Quest: The Lewis and Clark Adventures commemorates the journey during a visit with two of the journey's most important figures, York and Sacajawea played by nationally recognized re-enactors Charles Everett Pace of the Great Plains Chautauqua and Selene Phillips.
