On today’s edition of Dakota Midday, host Paul Guggenheimer discussed the new federal appeals court decision. It states that a state law requiring abortion doctors to get written consent from women who want an abortion should be enforced. Paul was joined by Kimberly Martinez, executive director of the Alpha Center in Sioux Falls, as well as Kate Looby, executive director of Planned Parenthood.
