"On today's edition of Dakota Midday, host Paul Guggenheimer welcomed David Mitchell, a professor of business and economics at Dakota Wesleyan University. South Dakota leads the nation in people who have second jobs. He talks about the factors behind that statistic. Also, Paul interviewed Peter Alexander, Dean of the Southern Illinois Law School. He is delivering the keynote address today at the University of South Dakota School of Law's annual program honoring Thurgood Marshall entitled, ""One Man's Journey."""
