Dakota Midday - 03/24/2009

"On today's edition of Dakota Midday, host Paul Guggenheimer spoke with SDPB radio reporters Gary Ellenbolt and Charles Michael Ray about the severe weather situation throughout the state of South Dakota. Then Paul spoke with Laurette Pourier, director of SANI-T, the Society for Advancement of Native American Issues - Today and Andrew Iron Shell, coordinator of the Western South Dakota Native American Organizing Project about a recent string of racially motivated hate crimes in the Rapid City Area. And finally Paul welcomed David Gibbs, author of the soon-to-be-released book ""First Do No Harm: Humanitarian Intervention and the Destruction of Yugoslavia"" on this, the 10th anniversary of the start of the bombing of Yugoslavia by a U.S.-led NATO force.
