On today's edition of Dakota Midday, host Paul Guggenheimer welcomed our regional political junkies, Dave Kranz, columnist for the Sioux Falls Argus-Leader and Kevin Woster, long-time reporter and columnist for the Rapid City Journal. They discussed Arlen Specter's defection to the Democrats, Luverne residents frustration over the Coleman/Franken Senate race and the death of Jack Kemp. Then Paul interviewed Jason Dilges, South Dakota's state budget director, who talked about the time and money being spent managing all the funds provided for a variety of programs under the federal stimulus measure.
