Large Hadron Collider, Peter Sagal

Dakota Midday - 09/16/2008

"On today's Dakota Midday, host Paul Guggenheimer spoke with Dr. Jose Alonso, one of the scientists who worked on the Large Hadron Collider on the border of France and Switzerland. It's the biggest machine ever created and it's probing some of the same kinds of questions that will be asked at the Homestake Lab in Lead which Dr. Alonso is heading up. Paul also interviewed Peter Sagal, host of NPR's wisecracking quiz program ""Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me!"" which is coming to South Dakota next week to be performed in front of a live audience at the Orpheum Theartre in Sioux Falls.
