On today's edition of Dakota Midday, host Paul Guggenheimer welcomed libertarian activist Bob Newland, who is in favor of medical marijuana and wants to see the legislature legalize it this year and South Dakota Attorney General Larry Long who is opposed to this effort saying proponents are merely trying to decriminalize the use of pot.
