He reacted to the release of more National Archives audio tapes from Richard Nixon in which the former president made some extremely disrespectful comments about McGovern, who opposed him in the 1972 presidential race. They discussed the fall out from Governor Rounds' budget address, the breaking scandal involving the governor of Illinois and President-elect Barack Obama's choice of Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State.
