Kocer, a native of Wagner, got fourth place in the 2008 Class B South Dakota state wrestling tournament. He is also an amputee† and he won an ESPY award last week in the Male Athlete with a Disability category. Also joining the show is his mother Jody, who was on the phone from Wagner.
