Alternative Energies, Culture

Dakota Midday - 01/31/2008

On today’s Dakota Midday, State Senator Frank Kloucek, speaking from Pierre, joins host Paul Guggenheimer on the topic of renewable energy and the Senator’s push for wind power, which he says is being stalled at the Capitol. And, on a related topic, Paul speaks with George Landrith, President of the Frontiers of Freedom Institute, from Fairfax, Virginia. His mission is to promote conservative public policy. He says American energy policy is seriously flawed and he recently took the Bush administration to task for asking the Saudi’s to help us out by pumping more oil. Finally, from Sioux Falls, Robert Morast joins us in his swan song as our culture critic.
