Today’s on Dakota Midday, Paul Guggenheimer hosts a discussion following the execution last evening, the first in South Dakota in 60 years, of Elijah Page. Participants include Attorney General Larry Long, USD Law Professor Christine Hutton, Associated Press Broadcast Editor, Carson Walker, who was present at the execution, State Senator, Ben Nesselhuf, State Senator Gene Abdallah, and Karen Faas, of Democracy in Action. In addition, comments will be heard from Dottie Poage, the mother of Elijah Page’s victim.
