"Today's show is examining the smoking related legislation circulating the Capitol during this year's session. The American Cancer Society and some legislators would like to see more local control exerted over how tobacco products are sold and used in open spaces (i.e. bars&restaurants). However not every body is pleased with the legislation. We will take a look at both sides of the issue on today's Forum.
