"On Monday, April 16th, the peace of a quiet Virginia college campus was shattered by the actions of one person. Within a few hours, 33 people were dead. Since the killings, people from around the country have discussed what happened in Blacksburg, and what could be done to prevent another tragedy of this type. The shootings at Virginia Tech University and the prevention of such a massacre is the topic on today's South Dakota Forum.
