Later in the show, SDSU Associate Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry Jihong Cole-Dai talks about his summer expedition to Greenland. Cole-Dai brought home 14 tons of Greenland ice. He studies ice cores for what they can tell him about the environment in ages past.
