The perspective of the Mideast through the eyes of Syria. Dr. Imad Moustapha, Syrian ambassador to the United States, spoke Nov. 6 at South Dakota State University as part of a talk sponsored by the South Dakota Council of World Affairs. In the first segment, Moustapha comments on Syria’s relationship with the United States as well as the war in Iraq. In the second segment, the ambassador talks about Syria’s relationship with Israel.
