One of the goals of the Governor's 2010 Initiative is for South Dakota to become a recognized leader in research and technology development by the year 2010. Daniel Farrington, System Vice President of Research for the Board of Regents and Royce Engstrom, Vice President for Academic Affairs at USD and last years Regents Fellow for projects to develop a statewide reserach agenda for South Dakota are today's guests and will explain the current initiative and plans to implement it.
