"A handful of South Dakotans have ""made it"" in the worlds of opera and Broadway. Three upcoming events and a new educational program in the state highlight those achievements and lay the groundwork for future ""stars"": the Sounds of South Dakota Opera Concert, the Black Hills Summer Institute of the Arts and a special one-woman musical revue. And beginnig this fall, students can study musical theatre at the University of South Dakota.
