Another Season of Drought in SD

"While Spring started with some hope of lingering precipitation, rising stock dams and replenished rivers, the rain and snow stopped early, and conditions are dry once again. In fact, long-range forecasts aren't positive for producers in some parts of the state. On today's SD Forum we're talking over the drought with a NWS hydrologist and two state ag experts.
