House bill 1075 which would ban smoking in virtually all public places passed House Health and Human Services committee. If the legislatures passes the bill, SD will join 6 other states who have enacted similiar legislation. Jen Stalley, from American Lung Association and SD tobacco-free kids, and Sioux Falls cigar shop owner Tim Kant, who speaks in opposition to the legislation join the program.
