"This edition of Forum will be disucssing new development in the Black Hills with a focus on the Highway 16 corridor and Skyline Drive. Skyline Drive runs along the hogback ridge that divides East and West Rapid City. Over the last several years housing development has been occurring on the hillsides of the ridge. Skyline Drive runs into Highway 16, and in the last 5 years new developments in the Highway 16 corridor have also been booming, including the possibility a new super Wal-Mart.
