"Western South Dakota is again facing drought. Researchers with the Energy and Environmental Research Center in North Dakota say a significant drought could hit the area and last for decades. W?ll also discuss what another looming dry year will mean to those directly dependent on moisture to make a living--farmers and ranchers. And with drought comes water shortages -- By August the Cheyenne River Reservation and surrounding communities like Faith South Dakota could be without a water supply.
