Experts from the State Department of Adult Services and Aging, from Rapid City Regional Hospital Home Care, and from the Center for Active Generations in Sioux Falls will join us to discuss the wide range of services available to people in their homes and away from home, from nutrition to self-care to stress management. Today's Forum will help us evaluate ourselves as we age and will tell us how can we help those caring for the elderly at home to evaluate, understand and find them the specialized care or activities they may need.
