The first twenty minutes of Forum will focus on South Dakota’s political season with the Argus Leader’s Chief Political Reporter, David Krantz. The scope will be broadened with the Director of the 2004 Election Project at the Hubert Humphrey Institute at the University of Minnesota and the Head of the University of South Dakota’s Political Science Department. Lawrence Jacobs and Bill Richardson will discuss the elections just over 50 days away. Forum will hone in on the role third parties play in both statewide and national races.
