Since the tragic death of her son, she has gone on to create the Matthew Shepard Foundation, dedicated to tolerance and diversity, lobbying for hate-crime legislation and assuring Matthew's legacy is a positive one. Then Paul spoke with Northern State University political science professor Ken Blanchard about President Obama's choice of Sonia Sotomayor to be his first nominee for the Supreme Court.
