On today's edition of Dakota Midday, host Paul Guggenheimer David Owen, President of the South Dakota Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Mark Anderson, president of the South Dakota State Federation of Labor AFL-CIO. They discussed a controversial labor bill that Senator Tim Johnson wants to bring to the floor for debate. It's called the Employee Free Choice Act and would give unions more control in how they organize in work places.
