8/5/09 State Rep. Tim Rounds talks about his proposal to let 18-20 years olds have beer in bars with host Paul Guggenheimer. Then Paul talks with South Dakota State University Professor Doris Giago who is receiving a national award from the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication for her work to create future journalists among Native American students. And finally Paul chats with Matthew Smith , an artist and writer who is criss crossing the country handing out large size post cards and asking people to send their best piece of advice. He will compile all the postcards into a large piece at the end of his journey.
