Financial Therapy, Lying and Cheating, S.D. Symphony's Trick or Treat Suite

Dakota Midday - 10/29/2009

On 10/29/09, host Paul Guggenheimer welcomes financial planner Mike Haubrick and mental health therapist David Jetson. As the nation attempts to rebound both financially and emotionally from the recent economic turmoil, they are among over 50 financial planners from around the country meeting in Rapid City this weekend to discuss how financial therapy may lead to financial recovery. Then Paul interviews Rich Jarc, Executive Director of the Josephson Institute of Ethics. He presented findings at the National Press Club today of a study revealing predictors of lying and cheating. The study shows younger generations are significantly more likely to engage in dishonest conduct than those who are older. And finally, Paul visits with South Dakota Symphony conductor Delta David Gier about this weekend's Halloween concert, "Stage Fright! A Scary Music Night!"
