Climate Change Forum at SDSU, President Obama's trip to China

On 11/18/09, South Dakota State University hosts a climate change forum discussion tonight.  Host Paul Guggenheimer welcomes two guests from the forum panel.  State Representative Todd Schelkeway and Executive Director of the South Dakota Wind Energy Association Steve Wegman.  They will discuss the current state of climate change legislation, ways it may affect South Dakota's economy, what it means for the future, and answer listener's questions. 

Randall Waldron is an Associate Professor of Economics at the University of South Dakota and has made multiple trips to China, most recently as a Fullbright Scholar during the 2006-07 academic year.  Waldron talks with Paul about President Obama's trip to China and the future of our relationship with the Chinese.
