New bill concerning identifying annoymous posters, veteran pilot turned author

On 2/10/10 host Paul Guggenheimer speaks with Senator Nancy Turbak Berry and Representative Noel Hamiel about two new bills in the state legislature that provide methods of identifying anonymous writers who post libelous material. Also, joining the conversation and opposed to the new bills are John Arneson, Sioux Falls attorney, Stuart Huntington, Publisher of the Black Hills Pioneer, and Roberty Doody, Executive Direction of the S.D. Chapter of the ACLU. Then former Air Force Pilot, Brian Settles, talks about his nearly two hundred missions during his tour of duty in Vietnam. Brian also talks about his struggles as an African American and his new book "No Reason for Dying: A Reluctant Combat Pilot's Confession of Hypocrisy, Infidelity, and War."
