South Dakota Public Utilities Commissioner Dusty Johnson talks about the construction permit the commission unanimously approved for the crude oil pipeline TransCanada Keystone wants to build in western South Dakota as well as the rate increase Black Hills Power is asking the PUC to approve.

David Lowery and Johnny Hickman, founding members of the alternative band Cracker, join Paul Guggenheimer in SDPB's Sioux Falls studio and perform a couple of their most recent songs.  Cracker is best known for their platinum-selling 1993 album "Kerosene Hat" which included the hit songs "Low," "Euro-Trash Girl" and "Get Off This."  They'll be performing at Latitude 44 tonight in Sioux Falls.
