Julia Monczunski has written and produced an independent documentary called "Breaking Shells" about two developmentally disabled men who have toured South Dakota and inspired others with mental disabilities to stand up for themselves and their rights. The documentary premiers tonight at the Elks Theatre in Rapid City. Bob Markve of the Black Hills Special Services Cooperative also joins the conversation.
