Balanced Teaching on Climate Change, Aberdeen's New Police Cameras and Conductors Bruce and Jack Knowles

Dakota Midday - 03/03/2010

Republican State Representative Don Kopp and former Chair of the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology Atmospheric Science Department, Pat Zimmerman, discuss the passing of a legislative resolution which calls for schools in South Dakota to offer balanced teaching on climate change.

Aberdeen is one of four cities nationwide where police are testing tiny cameras some say could dramatically change law enforcement in the U.S.  Paul Guggenheimer is joined by Aberdeen Police Captain Neil Bittner.

The Black Hills Symphony Orchestra is 75 years old.  SDPB Radio will be recording the symphony's performance this Saturday night for later broadcast.  Conductor Bruce Knowles and his father Jack Knowles, who led the BHSO for 35 years, are guests on today's Dakota Midday.
