On today's Dakota Midday, host Paul Guggenheimer talks with Abby Rike who is speaking in Mitchell tomorrow as part of the ComfortShare Kickoff Conference focusing on handling Grief. She will share her experiences since losing her husband, 5 year old daughter and 2 week old son in a car accident. She also was a contestant on the NBC reality show "The Biggest Loser."
Then, two speakers from the Plain Green Conference join Paul. Mitchell Joachim, who is redesigning cites all over the world from scratch and Steve Clark, who is involved in rebuilding Minnesota's transportation system for walkers and bikers. The conference is being held in Sioux Falls.
Paul also speaks with former Alaska Senator Mike Gravel about Senate filibusters.
