Brown County Roads and Cinco de Mayo with Willie Suarez and Juan Bonilla

Brown County Highway Superintendent Jan Weismantel talks about a plan to pay for much needed highway improvements in her county.

Willie Suarez, an assistant professor of Spanish at the University of Sioux Falls, grew up in Mexico and talks about the history behind Cinco de Mayo.

Juan Bonilla talks about how Cinco de Mayo is being celebrated in Sioux Falls, where he is president of the Spanish Speaking Association.  Bonilla also comments on the rapidly increasing Hispanic population in South Dakota, immigration issues and recent turmoil at the Multi Cultural Center in Sioux Falls.
