They discuss the issue of White Clay, Nebraska and the illegal sale of alcohol on the dry Pine Ridge Indian Reservation.

Next, Sandy Arseneault, president of the South Dakota Education Association, talks about declining federal and state revenues, and what it means for teachers and educational programs.
