Michael Burgraff, 60th Anniversary of the Korean War, Reaction to General McChrystal's Resignation

On today's Dakota Midday, Paul Guggenheimer talks with Michael Burgraff. He is the new executive director of the Spearfish Arts Center. Burgraff recently resigned from a similar post with the Black Hills Playhouse. The two discuss what this means for Burgraff's future as well as the future of the Black Hills Playhouse.

60 years ago tomorrow the Korean War began. Paul interviews Korean War veteran Everett Jones of Pollock, South Dakota about his tour in Korea. Jones received the Purple Heart after surviving a helicopter crash during the war.

Finally, Chad Newswander, assistant professor of political science at the University of South Dakota, lends his insight to the showdown between President Obama and General McChrystal that led to his resignation as commander in Afghanistan.
