Americans with Disablilties Act, and Global Warming and the Affect on Severe Weather

Senator Tom Harkin of Iowa talks about the 20th anniversary of the nation's first comprehensive civil rights law for people with disabilities.

And, Kristi Turman, director of the South Dakota Office of Emergency Management, talks about how they are dealing with all the weather disasters this year and if global warming is impacting this year's weather. Also Carter Johnson, professor of ecology at South Dakota State University, also joins the conversation. Johnson has done extensive research on the impact of climate change in South Dakota.
