Voting Rights group Four Directions, South Dakota Arts Conference, Vietnam Combat Art

SDPB's Paul Guggenheimer talks with O.J. Semens and Greg Lembrich. Semens is the executive director of the voting-rights group Four Directions, and Lembrich, legal representative for the group. They discuss Shannon County Commissioners' failed attempts to settle their differences with contracted officials jeopardizing the county's ability to hold the general election in November.

Vice-President Randy Cohen of Americans for the Arts and Executive Director Pat Boyd of South Dakotans for the Arts discuss this weekend's South Dakota Arts Conference in Oacoma.

South Dakota artist Jim Pollock talks about the exhibit "Art of the American Soldier" opening at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. Pollock served as a soldier artist on the U.S. Army Vietnam Combat Art Team IV in Vietnam in the late 60s. His art will be included in the exhibit.
