Board of Regents, Exploerer Two Ballon Launch, Great Plain Radio Theatre, and a 400-year-old Violin

On this edition of Dakota Midday, Paul Guggenheimer talks with Dr. Jack Warner, executive director and CEO of the South Dakota Board of Regents. Warner talks about what an additional 10 percent budget reduction would do to higher education in the state.

Captain Crystal is one of the organizers of the events celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Explorer Two Balloon launch from the Stratobowl in the Black Hills. She shares her insight on the event.

Ralph Swain, president of the Great Plain Radio Theatre Project, discusses the group's performance of the radio adaptation of "Huckleberry Finn" at the Festival of Books tomorrow.

And, Arian Sheets, curator of stringed instruments at the National Music Museum, talks about the unveiling of a 400-year-old violin.
