On this edition of Dakota Midday, Paul Guggenheimer talks with Robert Doody, executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of South Dakota. They discuss the lawsuit the ACLU has filed against Indian Health Services. They are seeking information about reports that pregnant women on the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation are being pressured into taking medication to induce labor against their wishes.

Diane Worrall, administrative director of the South Dakota Association of Towns and Townships, talks about flooded highways and roads in eastern South Dakota.

USA Today baseball writer, and South Dakota native, Mel Antonen discusses Ken Burns's new baseball documentary "Tenth Inning" which picks up where the original left off in 1994.
