SDPB's Paul Guggenheimer talks with Jonathan Adelstein, administrator for the USDA's Rural Development's Rural Utilities Service. He discusses plans for building out broadband infrastructure in South Dakota in accordance with the 2008 Farm Bill.

Also, Seth Tupper, with the Mitchell Daily Republic and the Rapid City Journal's Kevin Woster make up this week's Dakota Political Junkie. They discuss Veto-day, a raucous legislative wrap session in Mitchell and Senator Johnson's Buffalo Gap National Grasslands proposal.
