SDPB's Paul Guggenheimer talks with Pastor Julius Badigo. He is the president of the Sudanese Community Corporation in Sioux Falls. The Vice-President Michael Maguet and activist Daniel Ajack also join the conversation. They discuss how Southern Sudan's recently achieved independence impacts their community.

State Labor Secretary Pam Roberts talks about how a green jobs training grant is increasing opportunities for unemployed and dislocated workers in the state.

And, Josh Svatos is the general manager of the Regional Technical Education Center in Yankton. He discusses how the green jobs training grant is already helping them create opportunities for students.
