Mayor-elect Sam Kooiker is being sworn in tonight. He talks about his priorities and what he sees as the major challenges facing Rapid City.

Mitchell Daily Republic's Seth Tupper and Kevin Woster, of the Rapid City Journal, discuss mayors in Rapid City, the petition drives that succeeded and those that failed, and George McGovern's trip to Cuba.

Kevin Kuchenbecker is the historic preservation officer for the city of Deadwood. He talks about how the city is celebrating 50 years as a National Historic Landmark.
