Artist Ben Humphrey has created a series of paintings for the "Ladies of the Night" exhibit opening tomorrow at the Lead Deadwood Arts Center. His inspiration for the paintings were photographs of 1940's Deadwood prostitutes.
John Hardy and Stackolee, members of the Minneapolis based musical group The Rattling Chain, are traveling the country and spending one week in each state, writing and recording a song about that state. They unveil a portion of their song about South Dakota live in SDPB's Rapid City studio today.
