Renewable Energy in SD, Instant Image Technology for Trauma Patients, and "Sin, Sioux City and the Death of Reverend Haddock"

Jeff Nelson is the general manager of East River Electric Power Cooperative and Chris Studer is the communications director of the South Dakota Farmers Union. They discuss their week long trip to Germany and Austria touring renewable energy sites and what can be implemented in South Dakota.

Dr. Beth Lapka is the medical director of Trauma 5 in the Sanford Health Emergency Room. She's joined by Sanford Radiology Supervisor Greg Zerfas. They talk about the new instant image technology to treat trauma patients faster and expose them to less radiation.

Briar Cliff University Theatre Professor Richard Poole discusses this month's 125th anniversary of the killing of Rev. George Haddock who was trying to shut down the bars that openly flaunted the Iowa law prohibiting consumption of alcohol. Poole wrote and directed the stage play "Sin, Sioux City and the Death of Reverend Haddock."
