Dakota Midday - 09/06/2011

Dakota Political Junkies Kevin Woster, of the Rapid City Journal, and the Mitchell Daily Republic's Seth Tupper discuss political issues facing the state. They talk about the South Dakota Supreme Court ruling for state officials in the school funding lawsuit, the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upholding the South Dakota mother-fetus relationship law, and ballot language approved for two initiated measures that could make the November 2012 general election ballot.

Children's musician Phil Baker discusses his 25-year career and upcoming shows. He also provides a taste of those shows by playing live in the studio.

ESPN reporter and author Buster Olney wrote "How Lucky You Can Be: The Story of Coach Don Meyer." He discusses his relationship with Meyer and the coach's current leadership tour.
