Harrington Lecturer, Education and Detection of Breast Cancer, and Singer/Songwriter Haley Bonar

University of South Dakota Professor of Psychology Randy Quevillon is giving the annual Harrington Lecture at 7 tonight on the USD campus. The program is called "Scholars of Community in the Community of Scholars." He discusses the program and his lecture.

Kristi Egland is an associate scientist at Sanford Research and a breast cancer survivor. She talks about the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure this weekend at the Dakota Dome in Vermillion, an event designed and implemented to promote positive awareness, education and early detection of cancer.

Also singer/songwriter and Black Hills native Haley Bonar talks about the Americana Music Festival. Her most recent album is "Golder," a blend of indie-folk and alternative country. She is headlining at the festival.
