Dakota Midday - 09/26/2011

Minnesota U.S. Senator Al Franken talks about touring the Tea Reservoir Pump Station. It is part of his effort to promote the tri-state Lewis and Clark Regional Water System.

Kevin Woster of the Rapid City Journal and Jonathan Ellis of the Sioux Falls Argus-Leader are this week's Dakota Political Junkies. They discuss open government issues, changes to No Child Left Behind, and the latest on Attorney General Marty Jackley's stance on Arizona's immigration law.
