Update on Eric Robert Sentencing, the Patriot Act, and Kathrine Switzer

Host Paul Guggenheimer is joined by News Director Cara Hetland who provides an update on today's sentencing in the Eric Robert case.   
President of the ACLU Susan Herman is the author of "Taking Liberties, The War on Terror and the Erosion of American Democracy." She wrote the book to mark yesterday's tenth anniversary of the Patriot Act.
Kathrine Switzer is speaking at Black Hills State University. She talks about being the first woman to officially run in the Boston Marathon.
