Crime and Economics, and Diabetes on the Rise

Aspire Executive Director Jennifer Gray discusses the community support after the recent tricycle thefts in Aberdeen. Officer Dan Kaiser from the Aberdeen Police Department also joins the discussion. He provides insight on the investigation and how the community responds to situations like these.

Sgt. Matt Burns is Detective of Property Crimes for the Sioux Falls Police Department. He's talks about crimes and crime rates in Sioux Falls. Also, University of Sioux Falls Professor of Criminal Justice Mike Thompson talks about the relationship between increased crimes during economic downturns.

Jen DeGroot is from the Sanford Diabetes Assessment Center. 1 in 10 adults could have diabetes by 2030. DeGroot reacts to that news and sheds light on this diabetes dilemma.
